INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 tbs of oil
- 1/2 diced white onion
- 1/3 cup of scallions
- 1/3 diced carrot
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1 3/4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of smashed tomato
- ½ cup of grated cauliflower
- 1/4 chives
PREPARATION

Sauté the white onion, carrots and scallions, add the rice.

Let cook over medium heat and when it starts to boil turn the heat to low and put the lid on.

When the rice is ready, add the cauliflower and the tuna. Mix, add the chives and serve
