  • 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped basil
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Pepper to taste
