INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno tuna in oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 cup warm fish broth
- 1 cup rice
- ¼ cup wine
- ½ carrot chopped in cubes
- ½ stalk celery chopped in cubes
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley and cilantro
PREPARATION

Pour the tuna oil in a frying pan and when it is hot add the garlic, the carrot and the celery, let it fry for about 4 minutes and add the rice, stirring constantly until it becomes translucent.

At that moment add the broth with the wine and let it cook over medium heat, when the rice has opened holes (approximately 10 minutes), add the tuna (reserve 1 tablespoon of tuna to garnish when serving). Stir and cover to finish cooking.
