Prepare delicious meatballs with amaranth and tuna, the perfect complement to your lunch.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1/3 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of cilantro
- 1/4 cup of cooked Amaranth
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed soaked in 1 tablespoonof water
Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of green onion
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
PREPARATION

Mix the tuna, onion, cilantro, amaranth, and flaxseed, assemble the meatballs and set aside.

In a blender mix the ingredients of the sauce, and blend until completely integrated.

In a frying pan or air fryer with a little oil, seal the meatballs, add the sauce, and cook for about 15 minutes. Then add salt and pepper.

Serve with roasted vegetables.
