INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 2 eggs
- 2 large chopped spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dried tomato
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 cups of mizuna, arugula or spinach leaves
- Radish slices to taste
PREPARATION

Blend the eggs with the chopped spinach leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a hot frying pan put the mix. When it is cooked, add the diced paprika, dried tomatoes and the tuna.

Roll up slowly and remove from the heat being careful not to break the tortilla.

Serve garnished with cream cheese and accompanied with salad.
