INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots and peas
  • 1 cup of prepared rice
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped scallion
  • 1 cucharadita de cebollin picado

In a hot pan sauté the onion, add the carrot and peas. Let brown for a couple of minutes.

Add the rice, the olive oil, the soy sauce and the pepper.

Mix everything thoroughly. Then, add the tuna, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Now, it's ready to be served
