INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots and peas
- 1 cup of prepared rice
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped scallion
- 1 cucharadita de cebollin picado
PREPARATION

In a hot pan sauté the onion, add the carrot and peas. Let brown for a couple of minutes.

Add the rice, the olive oil, the soy sauce and the pepper.
