INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- Diced salami or ham slices
- 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
Ingredients for the vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION

Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Take half a can of Van O'tonno tuna and incorporate it with the vinaigrette.

In a bowl mix the lettuce, cucumber, salami or ham and cheese. Then add the second half of the tuna.

In another small bowl, place the tuna on the bottom and press, add the vegetable mixture and turn onto a plate.
