  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved 
  • 1 tablespoon of diced red onion 
  • 1/3 tablespoon of light mayonnaise or greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh chives or parsley
