- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- 1 tablespoon of diced red onion
- 1/3 tablespoon of light mayonnaise or greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of fresh chives or parsley

In a bowl mash and mix the eggs yolks with the tuna, yogurt and vinegar.
