Enjoy this delicious cabbage rolls recipe with Van O'tonno tuna.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 whole cabbage leaves
- 1 can of Van O’tonno tuna
- 1/4 carrot chopped in julienne strips
- 4 Beans chopped in long julienne strips
- 1/2 Broccoli florets
- 2 cloves of garlic
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Hot sauce to taste
- sugar or honey to taste.
PREPARATION

In a frying pan, sauté the garlic and onions, when they are golden brown, turn off the heat and add the tuna, separately, in a pot of boiling water, cook the whole cabbage leaves until soft.
Separately, in a pot with boiling water, cook the whole cabbage leaves until they are tender.

Remove from water and let stand, place a large spoonful of the tuna mixture inside the cabbage leaf, roll up and seal in the pan, holding them a little so they don't open. Carefully turn them over to brown the other side.

In a saucepan, add the soy sauce, hot pepper and sugar.
