INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbs of plain yogurt
- Pepper
- 1/4 grated carrot
- 1/4 cup of diced cucumber

Smash the avocado and mix it with the yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon.

Separately mix the tuna with the carrots and cucumber.
