Tuna and olive rolls

Ingredientes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Van O’tonno
  • 4 slices of zucchini cut with a potato peeler or mandoline 
  • 2 tablespoons avocado 
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt 
  • 4 chopped olives
  • 1/2 large tomato or one small tomato, dice 
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
  • 3 lettuce leaves for garnish

Mix the tuna with the tomato, avocado and greek yogurt and olives.

Add the spices, salt, pepper and mix well.

Put the zucchini slices and with the help of a brush or a spoon spread the soy sauce and put the tuna mixture in one corner.

Roll up and serve on a plate decorated with some lettuce leaves.
