Potato salad with tuna. This is an ideal recipe for family cooking.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 2 white potatoes
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped pepper
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1 Cup low-fat milk
- 1 tsp of corn starch
- 1 Pinch of broth powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup of water
PREPARATION

Peel the potatoes, cut them into squares and cook them in water with a pinch of salt until they are soft, add the paprika and after a few minutes remove from the heat.

Dissolve the corn starch in cold water and put it on low heat with the milk, broth powder and curry, when thickening add the Van O´Tonno tuna and potatoes.

Stir well and serve hot.
