INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- ½ avocado
- ⅓ teaspoon Sugar
- Hot sauce to taste
- Rice or apple cider vinegar
- Sesame or olive oil
- Juice of ½ lime divided in 2
- Toasted sesame seeds
PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the tuna marinade and gently integrate.

In another bowl, mix the avocado with half of the lemon juice and salt to taste.

Plate using a round, hollow mold.

Serve immediately with crackers or something toasted.
