Enjoy this delicious recipe for Van O'tonno tuna-filled Baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 piece of baguette
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of one half lemon
- 1/4 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 thin slices of cucumber or zucchini

Cut the bread in half.

Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice until emulsified, add the capers, chives, coriander, salt, pepper and mix. Add the tuna with the cream cheese and mix again.

Butter both sides of the bread and brown for 5 minutes in the airfryer at 120ºC.

Fill the bread with the tuna mixture, decorate with cucumber slices, and close the baguette.
