INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of Van O'tonno Tuna
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 2 cups of fish or vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 diced chonto tomatoes
- 3/4 Parmesan cheese
- 50 g paprika chopped in cubes
PREPARATION

Saute in butter, onion and paprika.

Add the rice and let it brown until it is translucent.

Add half of the broth, cover and cook over low heat until the liquid has reduced below the level of the rice. Then, add the rest of the broth, when it is completely reduced, add the tomato, tuna, cheese and integrate and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
