Enjoy this Tuna salad with mayonnaise recipe with Van O'tonno tuna.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium eggplant
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 1 can of Van O'tonno tuna fish
- 1 grated tomato
- 2 mozzarella balls
- Olives to taste.
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil
PREPARATION

Split the eggplant in half and with the help of a knife, cut the flesh, add olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.

Bake at 180º C for 20 minutes or until the flesh of the eggplant is dark and soft. Then with a spoon crush the inside of the eggplant.

Put the tuna inside the eggplant, cover with grated tomato, basil, mozzarella balls and olives.

Bake again at 180º C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
