  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoon long onion
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)

Cut the zucchini in half, and remove the seeds with the help of a knife and a spoon
