- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tablespoon long onion
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño slices (optional)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the zucchini in half, and remove the seeds with the help of a knife and a spoon
