INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 cup of precooked corn flour
- 1 cup of water
- ⅓ of grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ of diced paprika
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
PREPARATION

Mix the corn flour with the cup of water, little by little until it has the consistency of plasticine.

Mix the tuna, the diced and smoked paprika, and the cheese in a bowl.

Flatten the dough using a rolling pin and two pieces of plastic wrap, place the filling and assemble the empanada.

Bake for 15 minutes in the airfryer or in the oven at 302ºF
