INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ of head onion out in julienne strips
- 2 tomatoes chopped in cubes
- ¼ of grated carrot
- ½ of tomato paste
- ¼ cup of water
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt, pepper, basil, and oregano to taste
PREPARATION

Put olive oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic. Add the tomatoes and carrots to brown too, then add the basil and oregano. Leave for a couple of minutes.

Add the tuna, the tomato paste, and a stream of water, enough to integrate the paste with all the ingredients.
