Spaghetti with Van O’tonno Tuna

INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup of Van O’tonno tuna in olive oil
  • 250g of Spaghetti
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 diced tomato 
  • 2/3 cup of diced zucchini or pumpkin
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary , dried oregano, dried cumin, ground coriander seeds

Boil water with a bit of salt

When the water is boiling add the spaghetti

Cook according to package instructions.

 Use pan to add the oil, mix the tomato, the zucchini and the garlic until it’s cooked

Mix the tuna with the vegetables.

Add spaghetti to the tuna and vegetables mix. Add parmesan cheese.
