Fresh salad with fruits, vegetables and Van O'tonno Oil Tuna

La Ensalada fresca con frutas y vegetales Van O’tonno, es una receta ligera e ideal para cocinar en familia.

Ingredientes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Van O’tonno Tuna
  • 1 cup of varied lettuce
  •  ½ cup of baby spinach
  • ½ cup of chopped celery
  • 1 sliced red apple
  • ¼ taza de almendras tostadas
  • ½ cup of sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries

SAUCE 

  • ½ cup of milk cream 
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of syrup 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Dried cranberries to taste

PREPARATION

In a salad bowl add all the ingredients, mix and reserve.

In another bowl stir the sauce components and pour over the salad.

Add dried cranberries and baby spinach to add more color.
