Tuna burgers are an excellent choice for the evening.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Latas de Van O’tonno Tuna
- 1 Cup of bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp of finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 Burger Buns
- 6 Lettuce leaves
- 6 tomato slices
- 1 peeled and sliced white onion
- Pepper to taste
PREPARATION

Mix the Van O´Tonno tuna with the bread crumb

Add the eggs one by one, add the parsley, oil and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the patties and roast them on both sides until they brown.

Finally, make the burger as follows: place a bread bun, a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, the tuna patty and onion.

Cover with the other bread bun.
